i can gain fat too, because its easier to gain muscle when u have some fat, then when ur super skinny my metabolism is sick fast so i have to eat tons to gain weight, i could also just work out and gain pure muscle but that takes way longer then first gaining fat then turning most of it into muscle and then losing the rest of the fat (what i am doing)
tbh some of u dont know this perhaps but im seirously poor so i cant afford a gym membership 90% of my workout consists of bodyweight excercises (push ups, curl ups, crunches, pull ups on a tree, and shit like that lol )
ofc it looks shit juul lolll, 2 weeks what ya expect xD im just happy im not unreal skinny atm xD
in 2 Months, itll be a totally different story if i can keep myself motivated.
for people who care : im eating, lots of fish, meat, oatmeal, bread, milk, fruit, everything with vitamins in it and protein basically...

if i run for like a month daily i lose like 8KG / month
im actually one of the people who actually NEEDS fat, healthy fat and carbs that is.

you're doing it wrong tbh, you shouldnt make yourself fat first but you should just eat 7 meals a day while you work out without fat... things like spaghetti and rice oh and also tuna.
and from the 7 meals a day 4 of them are hot meals and 3 of them small/cold meals like a sandwich or a salade.
ye jr thats what i do really, i just put it wrong, im just eating tons of calories, not with the intention of getting fat but burning em during the day, throughout workouts. i dont mean ima eat myself superfat and then start working out lol.
but once i reach a certain weight, 80 Kg +- ill start running/cycling/swimming/shadowboxing all cardio on top of my work out i do now, to burn off fat quicker and lower my body fat % to like 8-10% im currently at 15% BF for those who care.

allways cool to say im going to do this and that, im a sport fanatic etc etc. most stop half way. i know how its like to train really hard, i use to train 6 days a week, with gym 2,5 hours a day + 4 hour thaiboxing a week. for bout 2 years. i was in shape allright but its harder than it looks. but its good to look forward to those things, just dont stop. just dont put your goals to high cuz you will fail. start slow, and slowly go up
true but im pretty determined just depends on how badly ill start partying again once university starts again xD
i used to do 3.5 hours a day of martial arts 5 days a week when i was 15-17 im trying to regain the body i had then, so i really know what im doing, im not just randomly eating chocolate drinking beer and coca cola and then doing one push up before i go to sleep, like some people make it look here... :s

+ im not even trying to sound cool, or lie to make friends lol, my body still looks like shit atm, even though its a lil bit better yet imo, but im still posting it, not to sound cool or anything lol...
