If the front panel of your chassis is removable then remove it too. There can be plenty of dust between the metal casing and the front panel. Also if you have a can of pressurized air or something else to blow off the dust then use that to the cpu cooler or to anything you can't easily access with your vacuum cleaner.

Why not? U take the side-panel from case and u put the vacuumer on it?

i cleaned CPU cooler today from my friends PC wich i sell to pieces.
i just want to show u what happens in 1,5 years if u dont clean your system.

i think airflow in cooler was 50% less and might get fatal if u dont ever clean it.

dude i start cleaning up my system from 2day !! normaly cleans after some months..

I don't have any anti-virus running, snow leopard can detect infected programs good enough for me.

Math, you don't have to worry most of these stuff with OS X. OS X has it's own firewall in system preferences and you don't need an anti-virus to slow down your mac unless you're stupid enough to download and give your administrator password to untrustworthy programs and also because there are so few malware for OS X. OS X's HFS+ Journaled filesystem defragments all under 20Mb files on the fly and invisible to you. The only thing you'd better do a few times a year is to check and repair disk permissions in Disk Utility.
iStat Pro is a great monitoring widget for Mac. If you ever somehow succeed in wrecking OS X use your Time Machine back up to restore it.

Well that was temperature when I was gaming using Crossover (high processor load), and I read in some forum that these Intel chipsets were made to operate untill 100°C, AND that there is no need for concern when the computer doesn't shutdown on it's own...

Yea. Well , I got AMD & nVidia , not Intel Tried how much it increases when I put some stuff on. I put 3 sof's up and every sof in a server with 20 players. With this it went to 71°C max. Although if I had kept them up longer it would have gone higher I think.

Not possible, it doesn't modify files in any way.

Never underestimate the worth of a backup. It's not nice when you lose something invaluable like family photos when something catastrophic happens to your pc.
