3 months is nothing. WH bans are harsher plus u get a tdm ban. So this is based on the penalty he did. Theres reason the admins came up with these penalty times your talking like they didnt even think about it before they made these decisions.

I'd say;

Its Roma's first violation in his lifetime.
He got raped, badly.
He's a member of a new clan coming up soon playing in a offical demobase cup.
He did it ONCE in the scrim, not twice, ONCE.
Its a low violation.
He did not win the round when he m60 scoped. (i think)

Atleast cut the punishment in half. Even so, id say a free card.
If he then makes an other low violation he can get a guarentee ban. If XILLAX doesn't like him he can even ban him for like 2 years. Becasue he got warned personally that a next offence gets his ass roasted.

I'm not saying go deep in this kind of stuff, id say go with the current rules on big offences.
But in cases like this admins should be humans for a second. Hand out an appropiate punishment for the situation of the player.



And lumi, please, read my posts well. You are taking my statements of wich i just summed up quick. Telling you can do a big offence once in the war. You can't. Because even if you wh for 1 second you get biggest ban there is for the offence.

But in my oppinon the system is to flat. And i really don't care if you wallhack/aimbot you get a lifetime ban. Geez, even i shouldve of had it when i got busted.

Luminaire don't compare wallhack to scope's sof2 bug. There are tones of bugs who are helpful like barrel camping, back kitch glitch or pat jump. But you get nothing from this 1 in war. As it has been said previously, admin have to be humain. Roma victor is a quiet person who never whines and who's always on fairplay, he has showed that he's a serious person playing this game quietly for many times.
