He doesn't do what a point guard is supposed to do, hence what I mean as he sucks as a PG. He's more of a SG and Kobe runs the Point. Why do you think Kobe wanted him back? Kobe doesn't want a PG that holds the ball and tries to set up plays because he wants to do it for himself. What kind of PG averages 2 assist a game? Like I said, he's an offensive player and I give him credit for that.
Btw just because he has 4 rings doesn't mean he earned them. Just look at Robert Horry, the man has 6 rings and he sucks lol.
gotta be pretty upset with urself now right

One game and he's a god? In that case, the Celtics wouldn't have made it to the Finals in 08 if it weren't for Eddie House and that one game he scored 30. I already said he could get it done on the offensive end, doesn't change the fact he only had 1 assist.
Point guard (PG), also called the play maker or "the ball-handler", is one of the standard positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position – essentially, they are expected to run the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right players at the right time. Above all, the point guard must totally understand and accept his or her coach's game plan; in this way, the position can be compared to a quarterback in American football.
^ Definition of a Point Guard. Whoever argues with that definition knows nothing about basketball. My whole argument is that Fisher isn't a true Point Guard. Yes he can score, but besides that he's pretty much useless.

some1 who can carry his team in such a cridical moment of the game, and lifts them for a win, deserves to be on that team, and has a big role in that championschip
If you still think he doesnt earn the rings, go listen to the interviews on nba.com how much fisher means to the lakers

the fact you don't have much assists doesn't mean you don't pass enough
and ye imo fisher is a typical point guard
if fisher fits ur definition of a typical point guard, then maybe thats the problem with european style of play and why you all suck compared to the U.S. Every great team has a playmaker pointguard who shared the ball, got his teammates involved, and only scored when his team NEEDED it. A bob cousy, magic johnson, steve nash, john stockton, isiah thomas type player.
oh and defqon ur so right about fisher shutting down rondo, hahahaha he's had 19 points and 10 dimes practically every game apart from game 3 where he had 11 points while shooting 50%, but oh wait he had 0 (not a typo, ZERO) turnovers that game. Did you honestly think the old, slow fuck fisher could stick with rondo just because hes more physical?

I see you were really paying attention as 90% of the time Fisher was on Ray Allen not Rondo, and he did pretty good job on Allen most of the time.

I think it's ending tonight. Bynum is playing on a bad knee, Artest is playing horrible defense and isn't scoring, Gasol and Fisher have proven to be inconsistent time and time again. The only one playing up to his potential is Kobe, but he alone won't be able to contain the wrath of the Celtics.
