If I ever get to play one of these during a cup I'm refusing to play, it has many flaws.. all good intentions and it sounds "fair" but you know a 1on1 doesnt prove anything, I wouldn't be afraid of playing one because I'm pretty good at it.. but this is no way to settle such an important cupwar imo.

How about we leave it up to the clans to decide what method they'd like to use. Whether they want to play a regular match, a 2x5, or they can use Snugg's 1v1 method. Whichever one both clans agree on, then that's what they will play. If no clan can agree on one method, then you just use the traditional method. Sounds fair if you ask me.

1on1s shouldn't decide the outcome of 5on5 match. (unless it happens during 5v5 period)

After all these cups are meant to be played as clan vs clan not invidual player against another. And thirdperson-spec can be abused much harder than during normal 5v5 play.

Another 2x5 seems much logical choice or 2x10 on some other day, 'cause as you said, people will be tired and frustrated(I know I would) after first match.

This is the best post so far.
That's why I proposed it like this to |she| and sK. as well and they both agreed on a method.

And if both clans won't agree together, we do a kniferound who can decide what method will be used in Extension.

I think it should be allowed..after all people have to make time in their schedule for these cup matches ahead of time and once the match is over they might have to leave...so what then the rules will say they have to forfeit? No way that's not fair..

And what if the rematch is a draw? You can't force people to keep playing for hours on end.

Are you stupid? What if someone comes to play cupwar but only has time to play one match. Then leaves for second match. So just play it 4v5?

Are you stupid? One should not play a cupmatch if one has not time to finish it. One should not pause during a match also because one has to go in, for example, 30 minutes? o_0

Why this is fail:

Some teams are formed with players who are not 1on1 players. Meaning every clan doesn't own 5 good all-around players. That's why each player has a specific spot during a clan war.
This would just show who's better 1on1 skillwise which quite frankly shows shit about their 5on5 skills.
Fact is that this will give a clear advantage to clans who base their gameplay on glitching/whoring/being lame overall. And clans with ACTUAL teamwork will lose.

Shitty idea, imho.

A rematch just shows which clan can hold the grip longer and is better overall.
Looking how |she| got raped in their rematch i'd say that sK. won pretty fair and square.
While some 1on1 glitch/luck/faggotry system would maybe have granted |she| the win (though i doubt as their only solid 1on1 player was Zioni that match imho).



And yea i repeat.
This system sounds gay.

What next? Maybe lets decide the winner with a fucking RPG war? Knives main? Noscopes on roof? FUck this.

It's also annoying for cup admins they have to reschedule them again and the next round have to wait again (for example if it was the last cupmatch in the Quarter Finals), but this isn't that important, I can live with it.
Some members might go on vacation though and want to finish it with a rematch, depends per clan I think.

These are just 3 options. If you want to make things different for a change then you can use either the 1v1, or the 2X5. If you guys can't agree on either, then you'll just have to use the traditional honest rematch. Sounds fair if you ask me
