Im the only one thats worked on the mod so I dont have any mappers. I dont want to bundle anything up in the mod that would result in non-modded clients being forced to download extra items just to play on a server. The only thing I have as maps are concerned are some entity files for the new gametypes. I did create a "new" map inside an RMG using only entity files which I think came out pretty good as far as head to head gameplay is concerned. Its been on the test server for awhile and is used for the sabotage gametype which people seem to enjoy.
As far as the mod features, I looked at the RPM 2k3 mod eariler today and traced the client server communitcation to see what is all being sent and recieved. I see nothing major and everything that is needed should already be inplace. So with that in mind, I intended to create a quick server mod that includes the features listed here and just use the 2k3 client so everybody would be happy. But ... it turns out the 2k3 RPM client checks for the server mod by name as opposed to the version. ie, instead of checking for a server version (0.78), it checks for "RPM 2 k 3 v1.**", meaning unless it has the same name it will not show some additions to the scoreboard. So, there is no way I would create a mod with the same name as an existing one because of a few small changes. Too much confusion to the players and its basically free advertisement for a host. So with that being said it brings up the issue of which mod to incorporate some of these features into since they will both take about the same amount of work to get to the "ready" state.
Also, what is H&S about? I tried it for about 10 minutes to see what was needed from a coding perspective but instead came away more confused then I already was. If someone could PM me a list of what the basic concepts and objectives are I'll see what I can do about recreating it.

PS. I don't know if that can be made, but one big step forward would be fixing the goddamn demo recording function. huge flaw in 1.00 imo..I mean, even the demo version does it correctly whereas 1.00 can't playback your POV demos...

Bah exept fugitive and him 2 hackers nobody got this, i asked much peoples all said i didnt knew this type of hack etc.. Its not a bug its just a hack and no i dont want to bust him cuz i never thinked he wh he just played with sounds, but when i see that i'm sure he hack. Idc if hes busted or no if all say no when i see that for me he hack and its not a bug.

Just to make you one thing realize. If you CAN make it work. You'll kill/dominate every other mod even if it was only the only function your mod had.

I have no clue whats the way to make it work but something like an additional file in our folder?;O which shifty could accept nothing to do with the mod 
Recording is possible its just the can't read these demos so something like a patch sounds ideal

Hopefuly there will be a mod that is familiar to the 2k3 mod, so people running their own server would be able to host a decent one as well.

he was about to create a mod for me and ran off, really a nice guy.
Yeah XYZ isn't very trustworthy. He has scammed more people and proposed some weird deals to me before. You have to know how to handle him and what drives him -- eventually he sent me the RPMPro source code for free.

i'm talking about what happened a couple of years ago, he stole 60e from us because he didn't like the reputation his actions (not willing to update our server etc) gathered at cst forum. he told us he's gonna take our server down (for which we paid 60e a few days earlier) and gave us two "options": remove the topic about 2k3 and their actions (+30 pages) and they'd return 1/3 of our payment and the server would still be taken down, or don't delete the topic and the server would still be taken down and you get nothing. who would say yes to the first one? what you want me to do, sing fanfares for 2k3? also the 2k3 servers are quite bad, huge delay when you're shooting, it's very clear at close shotgun fights, you clearly shoot first but the server doesn't register it and because of that you die.
oh and those sums of money are nothing, it's just unacceptable what 2k3 did back then. seems like they're acting more mature now though.

The thing is, they have the full right suspending your server if you are spreading negative and/or false information about them.
I'm sure its stated in their T&O, but i don't know the whole story tho
Anyways, is there a mod comming up or not? (something equalivant to the 2k3 one)

Ryan is nice but I heard that he used to crash servers that became popular (that was using his mod) because his server became empty and other ctf servers "stole" his players.
