I was never really pointing the finger at him, never said he was the one to blame or anything.

When I was given my mod, I took care of the Unsent List from there. It's not my fault if someone overlooked previously.

Now to point out each "unsent" one by one.

The first one happened over two years ago, so that one would be erased.

The second "unsent" was asking for 5 people's demos. From what I see, 5 demos weren't posted nor were any demos posted, so why would Ville even bother to send.

The 3rd "unsent", which button requested states that the IP SS is in the other topic. IF the ipss is in another topic, there's not much I could do about that. If it isn't in the topic, then I can care less.

Fact of the matter is that someone fucked up previously before me and from the looks of it, whoever it was just had a grudge against ville. Ville has 2 unsents and thats the end of the story.

I believe that back then that was allowed (didnt check it out to verify, but doubt there were rules against it, so if it was allowed then, it's an unsent

could be that those cases have happened but:
a) it's still or the original trial
or it's a possible appeal

No one knows the original admin who made it an unsent, no one even knows if it was an admin who closed the topic. For all I know it could've been a mod. Since i'm the one in charge of the Unsent list now, technically i'd be the Supreme Court. No?

And I don't see where you see anything about new rules? What new rules are being applied to ville's case. Please show me one and i'll agree with you. Two of his so called "unsents" were when the new rules were made. The other "unsent" was in 08, which is erased due to it being over a year ago. Is there anything else i'm missing?
