K I got it, but its strange. I had to put the demos folder in the assets.pk3 lol
so u made a folder in assets.pk3 and put ur demo in there?
strange since it usually says corrupt pk3 if u edit that without duplicating or did u duplicate it?

Yes, I just added the demos folder. Im using the patched exe so that has something to do with it.
Anyway, you can put the demos in any PK3 file and it will find them. The reason is the exe is only searching pk3 files. Another limit of the demo game.

now we just need a way to quickly be able to add demos to a pk3 file and well im sure it aint that hard to just transfer them their as most ppl making movies have to move them to another sof2 anyway or they change cfg idk whats the go

yeah if it was as easy as just using the extra pk3 to have the menu it would be nice but as a result of testing you're right its just easier to stay doing what we all doing

Its part of the mod. Should be bound to 2.what to type to get the menu u got to the left in the video
But anywho, after playing with the freecam and other things from the demoplayer mod, I realize it was confusing and clunky (a.k.a. shit). Im updating the code right now and its much better as far as control goes.

speaking of that..no way to make something like campaths? i never tried it myself in CS, but I know theres a tool that lets you set paths and the camera moves itself accordingly u can adjust speed etc. not important thoughDemoplayer for demo? yeah I guess.
I know CS has it (mirv/hlae) and it allows you to make real smooth camera movement etc that just isn't possible with simple mouse+keyboard combo by human ;D

pretty sure this happens in demo too if u watch scores first time, will work better next time. still, who really cares about scoreboard in your demo?I first joined an RPM server and then /demo slizer_test, as I pressed F4 (+scores bind) the names would show up after about 10 seconds. Kinda sucky though.
