Stupid idea, people play demo because it's demo.
For those who voted yes, just start playing full, it's not harder then that.

I think the hosting cup will be a great idea for demo players to come and take a look on FULL. Tho I can already tell you, demo clans who lose 1st rounds will blame it on the settings lol'd.

Demo, just give it a shot.. Either this or within a year no sof at all I see this idea as a win-win-situation

unless its 100% the same id rather let demo die than do something that is POTENTIALLY gonna increase players and i wont switch otherwise for the same reasons i wouldnt move demo to something like COD because it isnt the same game so to all the retards saying give it a shot or that we are being hard headed for not switching fuck off an get a brain

im sure demo players tried full once or more, be it now or a few years ago
only the new school demo players do maybe have a little interest. but demo's elite have all tried full, gold, pokemon silver?, etc

however hosting a cup on full with demo settings might be a new challange but im pretty sure it will fail and demo is still the way to go, for demo players

The only BIG reason I'd like to point out is... there is more activity in full.

The things about movement and stuff, well... people will get used to it.

And I really don't like the attitude "no, we won't even TRY it"... I mean, what the hell? Trying costs you money or something?

there isnt more activity on full. why do you think full players came to this community? cause their own is so damn active? we demo players rule sof.

I like how we play on demo. i like that we got more health than on full. that makes the battles more interesting for me.

i can understand your point, but you cant decide for some1 else what to think. Neither can we for you. Especially since youre playing like 6 months demo. ( i mean no disrespect)

As you may have read, im against it. And im sure many are. Also for those people who arent active on this community but just play dm,tdm,elim. Who are just playing without knowing the fuck there is a community in the first place will also quit since basicly everybody moved to full. they will quit and will be a loss for demo. Maybe someday they will find out about demobase and join.

How can you say full issent more active then demo? Where do you base this on? full is defenitly more active as demo, i think its allmost twice as active.

full players dident come to demobase because full was inactive, they came for mt/fp.

also full issent "totally different from demo" offcourse they have some differences but overall it is the same game and you can get used to the differences in a short time. why do you think demo players like rocket/steven/xillax can own hard on full aswell. and no not after weeks of practice but they adjusted pretty fast actually.

not saying you should move to full, i would like that tho, but your story slaat de plank compleet mis.
