Anywho, play these matches! If you get all 4 done by Sunday, forgy will be very happy and might add a reward.

should've set deadlines for every week > give forfeits every week.
We tried this before in previous Cups and if we do use this method, the Cups are bleeding dead.
Being strict is unfortunately not the solution we were hoping for to make Cups more active.
We all like it if new Cups are created in demo but somehow we lose either our motivation or don't have time anymore.
I must say that Full is doing good lately with their activity.
Elite Cup II was a nice Cup.
We still got too many Cups in demo in the Running Cups list that are just standing there and nobody takes a look at it anymore.
Too bad clans in these Cups are dead or players left from these clans.

so you prefer to pass to the knock out phase without playing any match than being in a legitimate groupe where you have to make it throu ? way to go ..
Heh, trust me, that was and is not our intention, we played eN once, won fair and square, tried to ask for more matches, but they just didn't work out. Actually at some point I understood the third clan in our group was dead, so didn't too put much effort on that. It's really not necessary for us to try to cheat our way to the knockout matches or semis or anything, I understand that some might try and do something like that, but I really don't feel like there is any point in that. We just have quite a hard time getting five together so the more matches we have to play the harder it gets.
I understand you and Marty's view just like Forgy and Insane said.
But it always lead to whine and disagreements who showed the most initiative.
The clan with the most posts in an arranging topic?
The clan who could play the most times during the period?
The clan who proposed the most dates?
Therefor who should we punish if we had to make rules about this?
If we would kick |she| out of the cup (saying you don't care but actually you do which is good tbh because you have a right of speaking and you didn't join this cup for nothing), whole |she| would get mad because Blade proposed some dates.
If we would kick the other clan out (who couldn't maybe play on these proposal dates from Blade but DO could play on other dates (I don't know if this is true, just imagining), they would be mad as well.
See where I'm going?
Insane and Forgy pretty much formulated the situation and I join their opinions.
If |she| really want to pass, try to spam in the arranging topic for this last chance, how more proposal dates and posts, how better.
This will increase your chance of going through.
And it's not easy on demo to arrange a war, if someone knows it's us by keep telling noob captains (sorry to state it like that, but sometimes they are) to play the matches or at least having a decent negotiation to arrange a damn cupwar.
So once again, I can imagine your frustration on this case too.
Didn't completely catch your drift, but I don't think this is about punishing anyone. We had three clans in our group, eN beat c: twice, we beat eN once, everyone tried to arrange more, but didn't work out. Guess it's our fault as well, just should have been spamming the forums with dates (and then get forfeits or give forfeits). Trust me no-one is mad about anything, there is most likely a few active members who aren't even aware that we're participating in a cup. I just enjoy an occasional discussion and what comes to this, I simply wanted to state that I don't understand. I just feel like it would be better to have some sort of rules for situations of this kind, instead of just making up the rules according to each situation. But like I said, there's been so many cups and so many knockouts and finals, that at this level of activity, it really isn't a big deal. Just always found it horrible arranging cup matches apart from a few clans like haze or c4. If we set a date, say tomorrow evening at 21:00 pm, they say yes and we play the match, but most of the other clans respond "WE WILL SEE" incase they happen to get their top 5 lineup. Which of course we have probably done in the past as well, though most likely because we haven't been sure if we can get 5 at all. But yeah no hard feelings, hopefully we can get around to playing these guys.

Its usually the same clans/players anyway, and this way people wont retract from playing cuz of cup lineups or what ever..i recall i used this method in my cups and it worked fine? but maybe that was a more active perdiod? or i gave some ff's i cant remember hmm..but now we have to wait another month cuz the usual 2/3 clans/players didnt play theyre matches in time..ps the clans that showed the most effort with proof would get the benefit of the doubt in certain situationsWe tried this before in previous Cups and if we do use this method, the Cups are bleeding dead.

You have no idea how idiotic your post was. But anyways we weren't blaming you guys at all, I don't understand why you are attacking us, you made it through to the knockouts fair and square. The third clan in our group got kicked out off the cup, we won you once, couldn't arrange the second match, and yet for some reason we are required to play more matches. That's what the whole thing was about, but its done, no hard feelings. Been trying now for 5-6 hours to arrange or even reach our new opponents. s35 has been trying hard, but hasn't been able to get five 5 members registered in the cup. Heard nothing from sik or zd, hopefully the time I proposed for tomorrow will work better.

Comon man get real, how do you wanna move on to the knock-out phase if you only have played 1 cupmatch in the group phase. I know you tried your best to arrange cupwars with eN but I'm not so sure if you did so with C. Anyways I'm glad that your trying to arrange the wars you have to play and I'm sure that after this cup you will look back at this and call it a good decision I've madeBut anyways we weren't blaming you guys at all, I don't understand why you are attacking us, you made it through to the knockouts fair and square.
