I was planning on giving 2-3 weeks time after everyone played their 1st match in the play off system and that deadline is 19 December 2011. So if everyone would play their matches this week (to make 45 min time in 1 week can't be thard imo) I'm giving 2-3 weeks time to play the next match. I agree with Katana, if I put this cup on hold right now it won't be back before ~5 january or something and thats a bit too long imo.

Not sure how you know that, but I'm pretty damn sure we don't play every day, think I've played a single war during the past two weeks. Just talked to radical earlier today and we both agreed that it would be much more fun to play with both us having the lineups we prefer since it's a knockout match, but like I said to him, it's really not such big a deal, if I'm not around and the deadline hits we just play with what we got, be it me and zippa or haapis and sweatmaster. I'm sure our lineup has absolutely no significance to a player of your skill-level though, so I understand your point.

thx, but if you want a ''cup lineup'' tourney you should try a more populair game
but like i said, majority already made efforts to play, and with c4 back it comes down to she and perhaps cc
unfair if the rest can play but have to wait for these 2 clans because they cant gather a cup lineup

but we will see, so far by the looks of things, the fair thing to do is to go as planned, 1 extra week

Wasn't about that really. We could play Sunday, s35 couldn't. They could play monday, we couldn't.
I think we have it under control and don't need to create any random DB drama about it. We'll get our match played, you worry about yours.

Lolz is it just me or are the people, that are talking about a "cup line-up", scared to let their other members represent them in a cup? I can understand you wanna play with your top members to win this cup, but shouldn't you recruit members that are appreciated and accepted, skillwise? Besides what's the use then to join a certain clan if you aren't allowed to play cupmatches?

Not all clans have the same core/players long/active enough to preform on the BEST lvl

Heh, you guys are nearly arguing over the fact which of you can be more active during the holidays. Gotta love the dedication. But yeah, guess it's up to the admins, think at least lumi and agertz, so c4 and s35 didn't think it was such a bad idea, while rc and cc are on their most active period starting now. But yeah, no biggie, you won't hear my heart breaking if I'm not able to play any of them.

Well, just saying, it's is impossible to make all lineups and players equal and if every cup war is played with whatever lineup, without the leaders and so forth, why do bother arranging cups if people don't want to represent their best, might as well get some league running. Besides I think the basic idea is to play the decisive matches with some effort on the lineups and the group matches just with what you got. Over the years probably every member, at least every member that has stayed long enough, has played in a cup match at some point, really hard to say for sure, but I'm pretty sure.

Just wondering if anyone else is encountering similar problems, but at least I myself will be working out of town for around three weeks and will therefore have massive problems playing these play-off matches. I'm sure many other people have vacations and work, or other holiday stuff as well. Seeing how none of the other play-off matches have been played yet either, I was just thinking if anyone would support the idea of taking a small break and continuing the cup in January. Share your thoughts.

Few months ago (if i remember right) u was whining to eN that they should not join cup if they cant play it.

I've seen you playing pretty often lately so I really don't get your point. Might even say you're she's most active player right now.
