Yes I mind, you shouldn't copy it, and I'll tell you why. The gfx/menus/crosshairs/ch5.png file is only used for the menu crosshair selection. It is not perfectly centered. The cgame doesn't draw it on your screen, instead it draws exact centered pixels depending on your crosshair size.

You can't use that method for demo. Instead you can just replace an existing crosshair image with a square crosshair image.

yes I replaced existing crosshair and I did quick test with modified wpn files(perfect ak accy) and it seemed to be perfectly centered

+ i like the way its much clearer than default cross with weird shape/slight opacity

If you make it small enough, then yes, eventually it may be 4 pixels. Make it larger and you'll see it's not centered anymore.

Is it so hard to just open the crosshair and check this yourself, before posting this nonsense? Just edit the crosshair to make it exactly square, and be done with it.

sember told me he couldn't see all of his demos in-game, i checked my list as well and a few of them are missing, i have 77 demos in my RPM/demos folder but only 70 are shown in-game

The filelist buffer is apparently too small, I've set it to 4096. If the demo name length is 70 characters long on average, that means you can only see ~60 demos in-game (even though I've set the true demo limit to 256).

Luckily, if you have lots of Demos, you can still use the Demos.exe program for a full list. You can also it use to delete some demos, to get around the in-game buffer limit.

max, i have a demo i cant alter the speed on, not with the scroll nor with the Playback menu, it goes back at 100% when i try to move the slider up and down, every other feature works fine though

I've checked out that demo, and this bug happens when the following conditions are met:

1. You've recorded a demo on that server beforehand, during the same session
2. You disconnected or quit during recording

So this bug will occur if you disconnect during the 2nd round during competition mode.

To avoid this bug: you should either wait until the match is ended, or wait until competition mode is disabled, or end the demo manually before disconnecting (Demos -> Stop recording). For demos that have this bug, you can delete the Info.txt file, and you will be able to adjust speed again.

If more large bugs like this one are found, I may release a new version with bugfixes.

Is it possible to tweak the demo playback (and different angles?) for demo?
Wouldn't be a waste of effort, a lot of moviemakers on demo would appreciate this, I would LOVE such a tool on demo but except for shifty perhaps, no one has the programming skills to do such a thing.
