i think you mean the green check.. but i believe that's just showing that the person is using the RPM Client.

The green V indicates that a player is using the latest RPM client side.

Glad you guys like it. Though, I think it'll take some time before servers are available. I'm still adding new things, such as a menu. In the previous version I included a FP bypass, so it's certainly possible to use with FP.

I wonder why no one else brought this up but could you add a (delayed) stream function for all players in the server?

better quality icons on the scoreboard would be nice also for the menu part you should either make it compatible with fpmenu or use parts of fpmenu as we added alot of upgrades to the default options + fp commands

i had 1min to test it before she and amex started waring but when i shot kass and did #t it said max/afk (u were in spec that moment) also the 2nd time until i finally killed kass then it showed correct name with #t

just have fpmenu pk3 in demo folder and itll work, it did for me even tho i tested without fp but it doesnt matter since fp allows it either way

Yeah, I'm aware that #d, #t and damage done are slightly bugged now. I'll try to fix that.

*crosshair size scale is fucked up i use a different cross for shotgun and its atleast half the size when using this

someone brought it up in rpm2.0(full) topic - could you fix /follow? if g_followenemy is set to 0 you can still abuse /follow ID and spec enemy team. most servers have it fixed by maknig it unknown cmd tho

same story with vsay_team, if you do vsay_team o02o345032o50439534kdhgfpohk35+9hkshhkhi64h09hir6+9hi it'll crash your team(& yourself), maybe you can fix it so we can spam some radio shit without having to worry kids abusing it? only fix we have atm is the same as /follow, making the whole cmd unusable

I already knew the vsay_team bug, we fixed that in 1.00. I'll use the same fix for demo. I'll also fix the /follow ID bug, so you can still use the command.

When you hit <TAB> to view scores underneath the players name should be their, IP address, country, fariplay guID, ping and location in map if they're in your team. The radar should also tell you the name of the location you are standing in the map, maybe even display enemeys if they shoot (though, some would consider that cheating so maybe ignore that, though, its still an idea i guess)

Just a question because I'm at school and CBF reading the other threads and topics because I have work to do, will this RPM mod for Demo be a client mod or only a server mod? Client mods for the win!

its both client and server together

country flags are now able to be shown in the score and ping has always been there ip shouldnt be and no point in fp guid since all you have to do is fp_status location for team mates could be ok

  • Headshots are now shown in the scoreboard
  • Headshot sound added, you can toggle it with 2k3_headShot
  • Menu added for all 2k3 settings. The menu also shows buttons to execute all 2k3 commands.

  • Helicopter removed for improved FPS in infiltration and elimination.
  • Added respawn (!r) admin command.
  • Refresh command added. Refreshing doesn't kill yourself, it merely resets your score.
  • Added swapteams (!sw) admin command. A gametype_restart is automatically executed, so that all players will respawn.
  • Follow exploit fixed. You can now merely follow players in your own team.
  • Vsay_team crash bug fixed, so that the server doesn't crash if you use a long argument. Therefore, radio messages can be enabled again. The tell crash bug is fixed as well.
  • Added admin commands for g_followEnemy (!fe) and g_forceFollow (!fo)
  • Added "tokens" command to show the chat tokens.
  • Added "info" command, which shows the most important server cvars.
  • You can now wash players, use the wash command (!w).
  • Ratio, damage and headshots are now shown at the "stats" command
  • You can now do commands to yourself by using 's'. For example: "!u s" will uppercut yourself.
  • Admin command to yourself will show e.g. "Player was uppercut by himself"
  • #d and #t bugs fixed, damage done is correct now as well
  • Added #g to show damage done, and #s to show headshots.
  • You can now change your name every 2 seconds instead of every 5 seconds
  • Admin commands now work in the chat if you put a color in front of them (e.g. ^3!at), for FP compatibility

The mod is pretty close to finished now. Download link is broadcasted in the server called RPM 2k3.

Like I said in the server really nice work and if you can make fp+rpm work for vista users it would be really awesome (and add the helipad back too )
