If fp is on, you need 2 be on fp & fp shot to request demos.
It is not like it shuts down every war / before every war.

You can make rules with more then 1 line of text -.-

The idea is good, but it's not going to help that much like Asrael said.
Because if Sittmees would know this rule he would have had fairplay.
But it could be a little extra yes I agree, I'll propose it in Admin section

Personally i don't care. My record haven't been requested the last 2 years. But what does annoy me is that people here are so hypocritical. Odi asks for records allot, you can tell by browsing through the pages. But somehow he doesnt care about this all. Why in heavens name, please tell me, why would you request a demo if you don't care. Its illogical. It makes no sense. Why would you request a demo just to fuck someone over. Only thing i could think of is to learn them a lesson to record. Which is actually not bad in that pov.

But on the other side, why wouldn't you record? If you're new to game i could understand. If you don't know how to, i could understand. But everybody here knows, they fucking know it. So save yourself some trouble and just put your record on. So when it gets requested, you can send it. While i doubt anyone would request it then. You got 3 strikes, thats for forgetting! Which can happen. Today, i also forgot to record in a 2on2. No shame in that. But some people simple are to stubborn or to ignorant to record. And if your not a nice person -hated by this community- i would advice it the most, cause people will do anything to crush their enemies.

It's all been said before, but somehow it can't be said enough.

If you check how many people still got problems with pk3 files, I think they have too much problems with sorting out demos lol
