Some bodybuilders do just squat, deadlift, bench 5x5. and that's all.A rep range of 8-12 is best for musclegrowth, lower rep-range 3-6 is more for strength gains. It is said that a higher reprange 12-15 or whatever is supposed to burn more calories, but recent studies have shown you burn more calories if you do a lot of compound exercises in the 3-6 rep range.

Maybe when they're cutting to maintain mass but i doubt they only did squat deadlift and bench to get big

if its to heavy go 2kg lower and do it. U better do it correct and slow with less weight. then u do things in a hurry and train half with a lot of weights.

akshuly my finish friend thet was the jokelol @ your 7 times per week.. i bet u started your gym like month ago.. giving tips and working supahard 7 days a week!! Moar exercise moar muscle Omg! oh wait...
as masi said he's pretty new to lifting i don't think 5 times a week is that efficient for him as gaining muscle mass comes down to a proper diet and a steady routine in the end. in the gym less is more sometimes

no pic no proofwell i have done 5times/week shit for almost year now and yes, it has been very efficient all this time. before that i did like 3 times/week like half year.
