on all screenshots its his crosshair and he plays with cg_drawgun 0

Its a team icon and even if it was a 3rd cross it would have to be atleast on the same vertical line as his first cross.

Also people wont use 3rd cross in 1st you know, and even if someone would be using a 3rd cross they would be smart enough to use an external cross so fp shot would not catch it and you would only see it if you ss yourself and show it to the world (anton ).
