Mind indulging in a little social understanding? Why do you donate to the church? Is it for your personal satisfaction or is it for the church's necessity?
Churches are technically the house of God, right? Doesn't matter what kind of Church either. Over here in the states, around my house there's probably two protestant churches, two orthodox, two methodist, etc. All of these are essentially "Christian", right? Are they all considered the house of God by each other? Why does God's house need money to thrive? Is it to pay the salary of the reverend? Is it to pay the electric and water bills? Why does God need to pay bills to the government when there is such a freedom of religion in this country?
I just don't get religious people. It'll help me, and I'm sure some others here, understand if you can give us some actual reasons instead of just insult people. I doubt God likes how you call people dumb gypsies, when in reality I would say a Gypsy is more in tune with God than somebody who has a smart phone, internet access, and access to universities who teach about science (AKA THE ANTI-GOD). You really are a hypocrite within those two statements I've quoted you say.

In my opinion, God is just the supreme being we all like to put our blame on when things go wrong. There's no such thing as heaven or hell, when you die you basically go to sleep forever.
Do you really think that when the Earth is on the verge of exploding in several million years, or when the next ice age occurs, do you REALLY think people will say science and humans were the cause? HELL NO, they're gonna blame God.
EDIT: And if you ask me, I'd rather be in a scientific underground bunker when an A-Bomb drops rather than in a fucking Church.

I read the bible multiple times, I read the book of enoch, I read the koran, I read articles, books, I can go on and on. Point is I just like the subject.
I always love how people try to talk about religion without ever reading the stuff. If you really want to understand religion/God I advise you to just read the bible one time, really read it from beginning to end it is full with knowledge, really you would be suprised. If you did read it you would know that churches will be corrupt in the future - im no time traveler but im sure we live in the future right now.

Read new and old testaments in high school. Read an English translation of the Qu'ran also around then. It still doesn't help me really understand religion/God. All it helped me understand was how a human being had written these texts, and when human beings write things, they exaggerate. Not only that, much of it was orally passed down prior to the freedom of text. When things are orally passed down through generations, fact gets skewed with fiction. This in itself is fact.
Buddhism is a completely oral religion. If you ask me, why did God tell the the Latin Roman Catholic Church to stop the Islamists from expanding, by murdering the lot of them and taking their land? Isn't God in today's modern vision a supreme being of love, forgiveness, and everything good in the world?
If you ask me, God is a fucking asshole. Throughout history he's been a jerk and in the good book he's omnipotent. Fuck that, I'd rather believe I make my own future, not that God wills me to be the best I can be.
EDIT: If you want my opinion, the Qu'ran is the best written religious text. The Qu'ran actually tries to teach people to be good human beings. Then again, I read an English translation, and I'm sure the Arabic original is much more poetic and beautiful than the English version.

Real reason why I pay taxes to my church is like a custom to me, My parents do that shit and I belonged to this christian thing from my presence. But man if I I was asked today that would I start donations to my church I wouldn't do it.
And what comes to my relations to god I don't feel like I need to share the feelings and beliefes with you guys, actually I don't even wanna talk about it.
But what made me insult this maniman was because he went shitnuts because I made Some little fun of these weird traditions that islamic people do like repeating same mantras and being hypnotized to the habits. It is fucked up in my opinion but I'm still not judging anyone with their believes.
