Sorry Steven, but I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. A lot of the Muslims supported Hitler in his anti-Jew movement because they felt the threat coming from the Zionist movement, started back in 1890. What many people don't know is that there have always been Jews living in Israel, even before Israel existed. The Zionist movement caused a lot of new Jews to emigrate to "Israel" but the first big boost came after WWI and (of course) after WWII. Hitler was a fan of a WORLDWIDE Jew killing so he supported every enemy of the Jews. Hence, the Arab support he received. Take this quote for instance:

Other than that, Hitler was also a big fan of the Arab fighting methods. He admired their lack of fear for death, their robot like behavior. Plus the Arabs, like the Nazis, had a very strong feeling of superiority towards other ethnic groups (I think this topic really proves that --> "weak Jews" lmfao).
Now on topic. Well, what can one think of this war? It's the result of more than a century of Arab frustration now causing Israel to respond the 8 years of violence they suffered from. I think one of the most important things that we have to consider when we are discussing about this topic, is that you have to have a sense of empathy. SMH at these stupid fucks who only look at it from one side. I'm not gonna say names but you know who you are. Just for once, I know it's hard cause you see your people suffering, try to look at it from the opposite side. Every action has its reasons. @Jews: why do you think the Arabs are doing this? Maybe because at the birth of Israel you took more than the League of Nations gave you (cause they did)? Or maybe because of the years of mockeries and denigrating behavior towards the Muslims? @Arabs: how the fuck can Israel make peace with you if the biggest party (Hamas) is a party that says (and I quote) "we strive for the complete destruction of Israel"? Didn't you see Israels reaction coming after 8 years of firing missiles into the South of Israel?
When thinking about a solution... I don't know if there is one. The "mentality gap" between the Arabs and the Jews is just sooo big. I'm not being pessimistic but realistic. The Arabs are just gonna have to learn to live with the Jewish presence. I know that this is possible cause I've seen a lot of positive initiatives or Arab doctors working in Jewish hospitals etc. There's just a small group of rotten apples, infecting the rest. This is the people calling others racist but when a new people settles in their land they start a war on them. Ironic? Yes, quite. I'm pretty sure this war will go on forever, having its ups and downs, at some times more violent than at others. Israel might have one of the most powerful armies in the world but the problem is they aren't adapted to the Arabs' way of fighting. Arabs don't fight their wars with big legions but they keep on giving tiny stings, sometimes killing none, without an end. The scariest thing is that they already have a next generation ready to blow itself up for their fatherland. These people live in such shitty conditions that they get so frustrated that death doesn't scare them at all. All they need is a push in the back and BOOM.
