Demo Request Rules:
- You must request the demo within 48 hours of the match, and have evidence to prove that, if necessary.
- You must supply an IP screenshot from FP or Rcon, or else there is no proof that the player who are requesting the demo from even played the match, except if the requested player admits it was him/her on Demobase.
- Players who were not in the match, cannot request demos. The requester must have proof they played the match.
- Demos can be requested from all types of wars (finished or not).
- Players with a Demobase Cup or MBL ban do not have the right to request demos on Demobase.
- For all demo requests(excluding mixwars where number of demos requested exceeds 1) the requester/requesters team will have to upload the same number of demos(of the same match) as they request.
- New demos requested during a topic, not originally in the main post, will not be counted. If you want a demo from someone then you must make your own topic, even if there is already one for a different demo but from the same war.
- The players who had his demo requested has 1 week to send it after the topic was started
Unsent Demos*:
- 3 unsent demos will result in a ban, as seen in the cheater rules.
- After 1 year, an unsent demo will be deleted from the players "demobase record".
- If 1 or more unsent demos is deleted from a banned players "demobase record" he will still remain banned until his ban period expires.
- Players will be warned in advance in a topic if they are heading towards 2 unsent demos instead of 1 (for flaming and such).
* Unsent demos requested by a banned player during his ban time will be rolled back(deleted) upon request, you have 1 week starting today (ends 23rd march 2009)

they broke the rules, so they don't get the chance to use those rules(which they broke) to get someone else to do what they want them to do.

Why? It will change anyway when 1-2 people are whining lol.
What do you 2 know about that? You don't know how many people came to me giving me feedback with good arguments. All we did was upgrade the rules and make them more transparant for everyone.
Some of you guys (not calling names) should really stop blaming admins for everything your doing yourself, if this forum would be so much more mature we probably wouldn't even need all these rules.
Start looking at yourself and your friends first before you start being negative because this community creates its own environment.

It's good because it is obvious that butcher and some others just want to fuck up people by asking their demos every single war. He doesn't even look most of demos, considering I know someone who sent butcher demo of another war and butcher said nothing...

This rule seems fair but, I believe both my demo that were unsent were asked over a year ago so why do I still have 1 incomplete demo and 1 unsent demo. Delete atleast one of my demos.

i just think it wasn't neccacery to change the rules as things were going absolulty fine accept for 1-2 guys who coulndt behave.

Didnt expected this.
Without people asking for records all the time, people soon stop recording. Butcher is actually the only one keeping the rules YOU make alive. It takes 1min to upload a record, people just shouldnt bitch around and if they do, happy mbl.
This change of rules was completly useless. And looked like another hand given by the admins to one of their precious e-net friends packed in some "change of rules"

Add also that only people who actually played the war/mix can request the demo. Otherwise butcher will just ask someone else to post it for him... And sorry if someone allready wrote it, but i only read the rules

mani actually doesnt really care if butcher want a demo he just ask a friend that also played the war to make a demo request aint no rule for that xD
