People in the rookies can grow to become full members if they prove their worthyness by kicking some ass.
It's a bit like being in a trial period only we split that up into a seperate division.

In the meanwhile we've discussed who from the staff should become leader of Focus Clan, and it seems the others didn't really want to be leaders, so I guess it's up to me then I know I might not be the best leader ever or w/e but heck, i'm giving it a fair try right?

So, as you might have noticed, there's not many real pro's in the clan yet like defqon allready stated. So come on guys, If ya wanna make a successfull clan you actually need people with a bit of skills bother to join it.

So you can all go like, no it's a noobclan, and ignore it never making it any better and probably making it die.
Or you can be like, lol, it's a noobclan, imma join it and make it better so that others of better skills will see proper people in it and don't think it's a noobclan so they wanna join too.

Nah but the admin recruiting will be done by us as soon as the server and site are up.

The basics of the site are done now.
Server will hopefully be sorted out tomorrow.

Smoke can be kinda nice if i'm honest but k.

Game times shouldn't be reduced anymore. just 1 sec per point cause it's hard to reach 100 kills now sometimes so
when you shorten it even further then u get games with people all just getting up to 40-50 kills and it ends allready.
