I'm 187cm 82kg bodyfat near 8%


I actualy have started lifting weights years ago while playing basketball to get big like O'neal etc, well atleast our coach said that.
Aproxx 8months ago i started to go gym routinely even i was skinny n shit lol. But i didn't care.

I used to train 3 times / week. Strength orientated. Now only 2 times. SQUAT SQUAT SQUAT yay.

i dont go to gym, i fucking swim jahahah.. used to go 5 times per week now 3 times. 2km per day :unsure:

184 or 185 cm tall dunno

bodyfat is 13 % ( got high cuz I drinked 4 months without any kind of training, used to be somewhere 10-11.)

I do 2 dif kinds of trainings, other straight muscless. high weights and few times. usually 10 times times from 10 kg -> to max for example, 70 kg from bench weights, not pole. dont like pole I prefer lift weights, theyre harder to control.

other train is first 1 and half hour of cardio training with 30 min of sittingbike, 30 min with crosstrainer and 30 min rowingmachine. after 1 and half hour of this I train about one hour to 1 and half hour breastmuscless, abs and backmuscless. this I do like with 10-20 kg of weights something like 50 times row breastmuscles, when with other training I do the 10 time rows heavier weights.

after muscletraining I eat proteins and sugars to help new muscless to creating and little bit of creatine to get fluids to muscless help the process. only after training and not much. dont use creatine as much some people do, tank themself like week before training, dont want that kind of big muscless.

before cardiotraining I eat good fibres (ruisleipää ;P ) and after training only water basicly, milk proteins before going to sleep. but not after training.

no actually, I row that thing like 3 times in week while watching TV, its pretty good, when you watch TV you're concentrated to movie, not rowing, so you don't feel when you're tired. :unsure:

ari just for a tip, i should eat max 1 hour after training some food wich contains a lot of proteins (fish, chicken, beef, cotton cheese, ...) or atleast take protein shake after training to get best results

i don't take any proteins, i don't watch my way of eatin etc.

185cm height

75 kg

110kg benchpress
60kg biceps weights
32kg shoulder weights

took me bout 3 months because i have strong bones and i wasnt that skinny in the past

ur tip isnt good. I take proteins after muscle training, but not after cardio training. basically I'm burning fat only dont need proteins immeditely.

ok lol that's a huge progress, i started with 63, did it for 3 months then i weight 66 :S last month i didnt have time anymore.
i ate 2 bananas a day, i started with 5 eggs each day lol but that didnt last more than 2 weeks haha and ofc havermoutpap(nl) with ofc alot of chicken/rice/shakes.

so how did u get 11 kg in 6 months?
