1.80 cm

82 kilo atm!

(and like butcher i do train my fingers to 4/5 hours a day;p)

ok lol that's a huge progress, i started with 63, did it for 3 months then i weight 66 :S last month i didnt have time anymore.
i ate 2 bananas a day, i started with 5 eggs each day lol but that didnt last more than 2 weeks haha and ofc havermoutpap(nl) with ofc alot of chicken/rice/shakes.

so how did u get 11 kg in 6 months?


Yea well my weight was a bit to low.
I hate watching my food every single day, but I try to eat a lot of proteins.
2 sometimes 3 times a week I eat spaghetti or pastas (other days chicken or steak like you mentioned)
Also the shakes really help a lot, I took them very serious, 3 a day (every morning, before training and after). I recommend to take them with milk, not with water.
I had 8 empty bags of 2,5kg after those 6 months.

junior thats normal if ur skinny it takes WAAAY longer than people who have bit of body fat

cuz if u have bit of fat its soo easy to put it into muscles (except for abs)

friend of mine trained over 6 months and cant match me

also u can train strenght or volume

well i train volume obviously and odi obviously too. And from the pics i saw from odi before he started working out, i'd say he was about as thin as me so im wondering what diet he used.

woow nice odi,
well im a bit skinny 2, my weight is 64 kg,
although a eat twice as much as a normal person for some reason,
i do 1 month fitness atm, 3 times a week ( allthough didnt had anytime this week:S)

75 kg benchpress, i was always been really strong for my weight for some reason.
yea some ppl said you should use protiens shakes are to expensive for me lol

i don't take any proteins, i don't watch my way of eatin etc.

185cm height

75 kg

110kg benchpress
60kg biceps weights
32kg shoulder weights

took me bout 3 months because i have strong bones and i wasnt that skinny in the past

cant wait to see a pic of u when u benchpress with 110kg on 75kg weight how bout stop bsing, my brother trains alot and he does 120kg he weighst like 85-90 kg hes not fat but he has alot of muscles.

What are you talking about? It is possible, just because he weights 75kg doesn't mean he can't bench-press 110kg.

Your brother weights 85-90 and can bench-press 120, the kg weight between 85-90 and 120 is 30-35kg. Koffee weights 75kg and can bench-press 110, the kg weight between 75 and 110 is 35kg.

Can you see it from my point of view or do you want me to explain it further ?

Didn't read the part where he said he had trained for 3 months, and yes, you are right. That's bullshit, there's no truth in that.

Yea, that isn't really possible after only 3 months idd. I started at 40kg when I weigh 62, after my first 6 months I made it to 85kg (not my max, just the max I could do in couple of sets). Now I wanna try going over 100kg

70 kg,

i'm fucking skinny, i trained like 2 month, but i didnt feel alot stronger or something, while i was traineign 2-3 times a week.
I stopped because it was fucking boring, when you dont see something.
Now I have 5-15 kg dumbbels. And i do 5 kg 50 times, 7 kg 30 times, 10 kg 20 times, 12 kg, 15 times once a day.

I can benchpress over 100kg+, loll actualy i made topic bout it here when i did it or smthn.. But tbh i'm only aimin for mass.. not maxing, never did.

Eating is must evant, maybe that's the reason u didn't see any progress.. usualy u don't see it urself, atleast i don't. Only gf... well actualy their parents sez "omygat tuomas is getting bigger and bigger" im like okai. gf see me everyday so she doesn't see anything actualy.

First half year i didn't eat much, so my benchpress max didn't rise much... From 65kg to 75kg? So other results are much expected..


Till i started eating like hell but having cardio on max results started to rise like hell.
