General Rules & Settings:

- Gametype: Infiltration
- Map: mp_shop
- Competition Mode (before match starts)
- Password (Referee's will decide a PW before the match starts and inform other players)
- Speed: 300
- Gravity: 800
- Thirdperson enabled


Others:

- Weapons: AK, M4 (no GL), Sniper, Shotgun, Knife (5 throws), Armor, Thermals...?
- Ammo: Standard ammo (AK=30/90, M4=30/90, Sniper=5/15, Shotgun=9/18, Knife=1/5)
- dmflags 8
- Nolower pop (Auto-pop when falling off the roof)
- Round timelimit: 3 minutes
- Round time delay: 3 seconds
- All admins must be suspended except for the Match Referee's, they must also be given rcon password (temporarily) so they can change it, then later change back.

Notice: Suggest/Complain about any server settings that you would like us to change. We're still able to edit the rules as the cup is running.

edit: why do referee actually need rcon? every needed command can be done with s-admin.

@fs? it's not like he can do anything with the rcon to fuck ur server up, in the end u still have ur control panel.

edit: why do referee actually need rcon? every needed command can be done with s-admin.

1. /rcon @fs
2. To prevent any rcon owner to add himself back to S-admin and abuse etc
3. To make sure no settings will be changed during a cup match and so on

This is what I think about it.

If 1 or more persons have rcon or s-admin does not matter. I mean imagine we play in MDK server, am I supposed to remove alllll the admin from our players and then change the rcon and give it to the admin.

Instead I am like, who cares if we got admin, the ref is there, if we abuse = 0-20 gg bb.

I also think that we should suggest Max or Shifty, to make a admin @fs feature. Someting like !@fs, and working principle same as /rcon @fs. So admin would not even need /rcon. I always find rcon much slower than admin commands.

Open console type "/rcon @fs", oh shit didn't work I was supposed to type "/rcon say @fs", instead of something easy like !@fs.

But yeah, rules are sort of already made up, hmm.. just think about it. How can we make this shit efficient.

I am searching for the easy just come, play + result factor. Instead of arrange at 8, but be there at 7.30 to sort out everything etc etc..

And also the fact that admins should prevent rcon owners to give them self back admins? I think the owner changes the rcon and gives them to the s-admin, is the s-admin going to change the rcon himself again :S? And what about the fact if we can trust every admin?

I know I can trust myself, but will you trust me too?

Imo there's still some ups & downs about this admin-rcon issue. If I am right the only thing in the way is the /rcon say @fs command right? So if we could get this fixed :/

Baris just leave it be, it's good as it is, just give rcon to referee and let him temporarily change it, then change back or just restart server when the match is over. No big deal.

Aight np np, just trying to make it more efficient. Maybe something for in the future then. But should we really be so strict for removing admins:S? Or should we just tell the clanleader, you can let your members keep admin, but in case of abuse = 0-20 :S?

just remove them during matches, it takes about 10s to give admins back to your members after the match is over.

Oké. I was thinking. The best thing is if we would ask max is he good sponsor 1 or 2 cup servers as long as the cup runs. I mean, sof2 becoming more active is a business for him, so he could support this business. And also then we could hand out the rcon to all admins/refs. And no admin removals and shit would be needed.

For the next cup Baris. We might as well use the servers we got now, and I think it won't be much of a problem.

good idea but I think doctorfunk asked for his sponsorship and max's answer was a no. And he max said that maybe in the next cups which are done if this works out well.
