well thats the weakness of the system i took part creating..

but tbh on next admin meeting on Canary islands
i will propose that any advantage giving exploit or
glitch will be treated as cheat even if it's not on the list yet
so if any mortal will come up with heath hax, invisible head cheat
or make heli fly and shot the opponents he will be brought down to his knees.

Read the whole topic before you jump to conclusions as they allready said this topic was made before the new rules were out so you have to look at the old rules and it says nothing about sv_cheats as a cheat.

but law and psychological disorders are different from eachother, and gets handled differently (in court and irl). Thats why you have different institutions. The crazy patient only gets TBS if there are no other possibilitys left for him.
