There are so many details that are 'minorized' in the law, that if everything would be detailled, a book could never be made from it; too big it would be.

dude seriously its written in general and not for every single case. about one rule in a lawbook, there can be thousands different variants of it not written down. its only written down in general where the judge has to base himself on and soemtimes change things(heavier or lighter punishment) relevant to the case.
if every single aspect actually would've been written down, there wouldnt be enough place to store all the books

haha if I'd have access to the rcon of a public server, and I'd put the cheats on. What do you think the 20 people in that server would do? Refuse to use any of the sv_cheat-related commands? Doubt it, but it sounds like a good method now to fuck people over. IP screenshot before I turn the cheats on and recording all of it and I can easily gather 15 6 month cupbans with these new rules.

my point is: you're going over the top. He put god on in a map mixwar when some other admins turned the cheats on. The rules for this weren't known at the time, and I'm sure Butcher among many others will have typed in something like god or noclip, considering its just a mapmix and you're not the one that turned the cheats on.

I have to agree with Ross, I can smell a lot of bias around here. Me? I'm staying neutral, this is way over the top.

What variates is that murder can variate into million types of murder.

Its happening in the economic system tho, thats why its full of manipulating bastards brining down our economy by frauds and other stuff. Because all those rules can still be bended.

In court the problem 99.9% of the time is just trying to get prooved how it happened and stuff, so did he murder or did he not. If there wasnt a law agaisnt murder, suspect wouldnt get punished.

im only on butchers side because rules were not written before this happened. butcher made the choice to use the cheats and he ended up being caught not the admins.

Depending on the situation, if they put sv_cheats on in a mixwar I were playing and I saw people abuse the cheat commands and ruin the whole mix, I would probably fool around with them also for a minute and leave. I don't know the butcher's situation though, haven't seen that demo.
