What variates is that murder can variate into million types of murder.

Its happening in the economic system tho, thats why its full of manipulating bastards brining down our economy by frauds and other stuff. Because all those rules can still be bended.

In court the problem 99.9% of the time is just trying to get prooved how it happened and stuff, so did he murder or did he not. If there wasnt a law agaisnt murder, suspect wouldnt get punished.

and snugg plz ur example, that's over the top. besides if people would use sv_cheats cmds in ur case, they would get banned from that specific server.
and btw lets keep in mind that this isnt just some guy who did sv_cheats once just to try it out once. this is a guy who got parole where his parole says that he couldnt do one thing wrong or it would be taken away.

these real-life comparisons are not even worth mentioning. This is still about a public map mix on a demo version of a 10 year old game. You're right in saying that now that the rules concerning the cheats are known, non-retards will pay attention but I'm pretty positive that before today, just about anyone would take an rpg out or some shit like that (that's what he did btw, he didn't use godmode, get facts straight)

Depending on the situation, if they put sv_cheats on in a mixwar I were playing and I saw people abuse the cheat commands and ruin the whole mix, I would probably fool around with them also for a minute and leave. I don't know the butcher's situation though, haven't seen that demo.

If I were playing with some mates of mine, maybe I would do so, yes. If this game can give me joy and fun of not only playing but integrating with other people (even if it's still via internet) then I sure would like to grab it. Else I would just quit the game. Everything depends on the context.

The intention is the same but do you think the severity is the same as well? You can't compare getting an RPG out in a mapmixwar (previously unmentioned as a cheat that could result in punishment) to some oldskool well known cheats such as wallhack, aimbot, etc. I couldn't care less if he got banned but obviously there is way too much bias involved in this. It reminds me of the huge discussion concerning Rexel who accidentally went through a barrel and sat in the barrel, which nearly got him a 6 month cup ban If I recall correctly.

I think both party's are right here.

Even so like in my situation i can own 80 wars straight, play 1 sucky war wich gets most attention.

Butcher played 80 wars without violating, played 1 war, made a violation to some, and to others he didnt, 50/50.
There is not one party right here. Both are.

Since this is the first case, and new rules are being unda constructi0néz. I dont think its fair at all to take away his parole.

And Butcher is a retard, so you need to give it special attention.
