Actually I can be objective and would have been happy if NL won, but they sucked ass.
They kept 11 man on their half all game, made alot of fouls wich actually DID deserve cards.
The ref actually tried to keep the game alive by not giving out a red card earlier, THAT was obvious, notice when robben kicked the ball away... always yellow. Ref did a good job it was a hard game to ref too.
Spain deserved to win, NL had their chances to score and fucked up. NL's chances mostly came from counters, spain was making the game.
So rly, stfu with the patriotic bullshit and take the loss with honor. 2nd place is still a great finish, and you were not the best team in this final.

Not all dutch people complain, most of em are very proud on the national team getting 2nd. People are little dissapointed not winning, which is normal but they are proud. Also most people aren't really whining because they know as you said most cards were right.
Personaly I don't really like the way we played the entire tournament, but you know we did get to the finals so we did something right. Losing is a part of the game aswell, you gotta be able to deal with it!

On topic: if you say its an undeserved win for spain you arent objective even though the ref made some strange descisions and nl got 2 huge chances. Spain played better and thats not a shame of you are such à small country. THE spanish players are controlling the "old dutch soccer Style" way better than we do now. They even made it some better.
