Well i'm sure 2k3 saw this was comming someday..

RPM 0.7 was good already max just tweaked it and made it 80 percent better. But without 2k3servers sof would be dead already.

And ot I totally agree with steven but I can't do a shit about it. For example puc got some problems with ping on i3d, it's some problem with routing stuff I don't know as I'm shit in this stuff but i3d is tryin to help him as much as they can. I am almost sure I've got the same problem as puc but on 2k3 servers and to be honest noone is really tryin to help me. I was mailing you max but you always "forgot" to answer me, then I had to mail again, u asked for same thing again and like this all the time. It finished up that it's my fault and I bet you didn't really do anythin and now your'e tellin me you try to help sof2 community, damn.

I don't want to get into personal emails here, but I always request traceroutes from players with high pings. These are subsequently sent to our connection company who can sometimes update the routing to improve the ping. This goes through several different people, so sometimes the response does not get back to me (so I can't forward it to you either). Sometimes the routing problem does not occur on our side of the connection and it simply can't be improved by us. did you changed pc?well no idea what happend but my ping is 50 atm on 2k3 instead of 160. Did you change anything max? It was 160 like 1-2 hrs back

Could be that the routing has been updated, run another tracert and compare it to your old file (the one you forwarded to 2k3).

well 2k3 is the far best server company how much u haters ever want, just becuase max is a dick and an arrogant fuck doesnt mean his servers are bad
well if u realse it it will be good becuase then more companies can offer the good mod which will bring concurrens (spelling) to the server buisness which will hopefully lowering the price for servers

i3D.net and 2k3 are not to blame because where they buy internet are actual Routing Companies and it depends upon the type of companies regarding how much their ping fluctuates and goes up/down regularly or times-out.
Level-3 in this regard doesn't have any of those problems until its your ISP that causes it:
You can ping the following IP addresses:
nl1.v1servers.com ( Fully Level-3 with AMS-IX backbone )
nl2.v1servers.com ( Fully Level-3 with Global Crossing and AMS-IX backbone Transit )
I'm sure you won't be pinging high on any of those. External ping test through cmd would be better
