I think that as well, but it's more about the principe.
Other players didn't even use MODs and had to rematch.
Nothing personal against jaron since he's my buddy, but it's an objective view on it.
So I think a rematch should be fair, but I'll wait what as well Angel and other Cup admins got to say.

This is less than a mod than vertexlight is lmfao, only thing different is his gunskin. gg jaron u monster
You can use sound MODs as well, no offense Stefklep but that doesn't make sense
Using MODs means you use it, only ak-gun or the whole map colored is a difference of course but both is considered cheating so.
People like Reander, Roma Victor and Abu got banned as well for cheating (barrelcamping in a normal war and m60 sniper in a normal war) for something they see as absolutely ridiculous, but you get what I mean, they still did it.
Also Camper had to rematch against Keep it Real if I remember good because he forgot a fairplay screenshot.
Just because Shifty is admin this shouldn't be valid on a objective opinion.
I hope Shifty won't personally hate me after stating this, but this is how I see it.
You could consider it overreacting since only his gun is colored, but if you see how other people were banned too it's fair to at least rematch this.

I never liked the bullshit rules where pussies could get a rematch because of a screenshot,
but it has always been done like that and it would be the only 'legit' and 'fair' outcome for this match to rematch it without mods/skins.
If I were an admin in this cup I would make Robert decide wether he wants to rematch this or not, if he's cool with a loss, let the result be what it is.

Some days ago you kicked "Ravo" from my mixteam for the only reason "no fp is always reason to kick", while camham didn't have fp either. But as usual homie rules always apply over the real rules
If it was Raul or some other guy who's not in the admin-amex-jew-illuminati crew, he had been lynched on db within minutes. Most likely a 3 month ban also
But we like shifty, and neither I think be punished for this. Simply because he's shifty

True, I think this should be what justifies shifty's use of a mod. He has the possibility to hack fp as much as he wants and no one will ever notice. We can apply fp-rules to every player, except the guy who made it, who we simply have to trustfuck you all shifty made fairplay if he wanted to hack he can hack easily let him enjoy this victory vs this bitch mexican u should all be moved to busted whiners topic

He played with a MOD which is against the rules, so he should get banned too yes.

make new cup rule, the current rules are from the 1960's. My idea: shifty's epic blood looking ak mod should get allowed in cups, and as a return shifty gives dl link for it
