He admit he forgot it so that's dumb and I am just HOSTING this cup, I can't bann people from Demobase cups or w/e.

@blue, what I'm trying to say is; without Shifty we wouldn't have fairplay, and you know how that would end.

is it also dumb to forget to record? oeps forgot. no cause if it were anybody else they would get ff. im not saying you should take action. but dont say its ok to do.

P.s. Would you guys be in favour of a re-write of the rules? Revamp them a bit to make it fairer/more balanced. For example, instead of fixed punishments, we could have a minimum punishment (i.e. forfeit lose, 1 week ban etc) and maximum punishment (i.e. 1 month ban, 6 month ban etc) based on the "crime" and how often they did it etc. So we can keep mods etc banned, but look at it on a case by case basis instead of a fixed 3 month ban for something which really gives no advantage but is technically disallowed. (I don't say this because its Jaron, rules have been changed in the past over similar situations. New rules would NOT cover Shifty, he'd be punished by the current rules)

i dont think thats a bad idea. Cases like this shouldnt result into a bann. Same as the abu case for his m60 scope. Or maybe for 1 tournament? but thats just me

And wallhack gives you a huge advantage, a modified ak weapon does not. And consider this as a warning. He admitted it was a mistake, so next time he will be disqualified from my cup, that's for sure.

the only thing you see on the screen is a modified ak. i dont understand this thought. how do you know by a screen whats in that mod? just tell me that..

* every form of fairplay bypass/cheat and cheating in cupwar will be punished with a 24month ban
**person who types in follow command will be banned not his teammates
*** mods are NOT allowed in wars, they are okay to use in public and mixwars(Unless server admins CLEARLY state otherwise)
**** does not apply to public games
*****It's only faking if the person being faked makes a complaint or if it's during a cupmatch

Rules don't say anything about not using mods in 1v1 cup. trollololol

like 2 cup matches ban for 'minor' offense like scoping m60 or something like that
because bans only affect playing people cups anyways since we play busted black persons all day all night in normal wars
