Yeah, that could be removed. Though as I said previously, I'm pretty much done editing the Demo RPM, unless multiple people are interested in renting such a (cheap) Demo RPM server. At least that would give me some incentive to continue working on it, since it's quite time consuming to edit it. I couldn't justify spending more time editing the mod. I started working on it for the sake of exercise, and optimizing the mod isn't particularly fun.
The download rpm2k3.com/2k3_demo_client.zip should still work.

hes talking about bug that occurs when someone falls to death and player gets huge knockback when gets hit that requires vid_restart or reconnect to fix, many times other ppl get kb also then
theres like 0 real knockback in demo but when this happens its worse than sof2 full first person knockback animation thingy or w.e

anyways max, it happens when you fall to death or someone else does which sometimes gives "knockback" to whole team. it shouldnt be really hard to reproduce, just have someone in server with you and fall to death and have him shoot at you, ull see what we mean

ye its weird thing when u fall down watching wall or something u sometimes dont get kb but when u look 100% downwards or upwards ull get it 10 times outta 10 or something

From my experience, when falling off the roof when I look down completely towards the ground, I never get KB. That's just from my experience though, when someone else falls and reconnects, I get their kb still.

I've watched that demo, but I am unable to reproduce it myself. Is doable with 2 players total (1 blue and 1 red)? How?
it doesnt happen always if u dont get it first time then go jump again until u get it ;D

Knockback is not that much of an issue... neither is RPM serverside imo, it would be crazy to have accuracy on scoreboards but next to that I don't see how any of this is valuable for demo.
The clientside rpm mod is the only thing that interests me personally lol, it is already a crazy tool with all of the cameras you can set (too bad your troll kinda ruins freecam flying tho lol)

The download http://www.rpm2k3.co...demo_client.zip should still work.
btw doesn't work, when you try to join server it says "invalid pk3 is found" or something like that.
I have only Assets1,2,69... and textures0 and 1234.
in MP folder only cfg and demo pk3 file...
