no lolk, someone told me 1, but answer, do you extend the roundtime limit as well?
when time is about to run out its just gametype_resetart time, also when we put back speed 280
(if you dont know, gametype_rs restarts just current round, not whole side ok)

fuck off with this 1 fulls crosshair change timing makes me rage and is unnecessary for us as we have been doing it with binds for yearsw/e xillax it's helpful imo but anyways what insane said are good suggestions.
Some of my suggestions:
- Competition Mode
- Crosshair switch like when you switch from AK to Shotgun your crosshair changes.
- S-Admin, Admin , B-Admin.
- Medals at the end of each Competition mode would be awsome
I have more suggestions but i just can't remember themi'll edit when i remember.
1 thing that would definitely be appreciated is if he could fix kb on demo

This looks TIGHT and the little flag of your country in the scoreboard is already made so why remove it? Just keep it since it looks pretty good tbh
I got some more suggestions to add in your mod:
- display the current time ingame
- display accuracy in the scoreboard
- display the remaining time (would be really handy for CTF mixes/wars)
- no crosshair grow
- server messaging system
- assign medals for the player with the most kills, flag or case caps, best ratio, worst ratio, etc. when a match is played (would also help to counter the RQ'ers)
Just some things that popped into my mind, don't feel obligated to do even one of these things as I'm just trying to help

pretty sure SC server uses some kind of modified rpm not 2k3 one. atleast when I last time played there 03924239 years agowhen playing other RPM servers with older RPM's (for example SC clanserver) I get the same error all the time "s_registerSound: empty name".

I get that error as well sometimes, I think it's related to the server soundpack. If you notice it at a server hosted by 2k3servers, let me know and I'll try to find the exact error.
Regarding the RPM for demo: I'm not sure if I want to pursue it. I could get a Windows server to host some cheap Demo servers with the server side RPM. Please PM me if you would be interested in renting one.
