no, this joke isnt okay, cuz we bust people for fp screens. this is pure power abuse. like trolling with db admin account. just some things shouldn't be touched.

I lost my trust in Shifty, accepting something what will ask for questions.

Some people don't know that if you have over 1000 fps you can't move.
After all the topics we have had here on Demobase with the 333 fps jumps, we limited it to 200 fps.
You made this looking like it's really over 1000 fps, why?

I can understand Blue now tbh, once again it's not about this 2kb pk3 file created by some clown, but about Shifty (the hosting guy of the anti-cheat system of whole Demobase) accepting funny stuff.
Also Shifty didn't use fairplay in his 1on1, so I'm worried where this will go to.
Shifty didn't even respond here if I'm not wrong, so like Sylt, Odi and Blue said it does not help me having more faith in fairplay.

It's not our fault so many dumbasses fell for this joke, when I opened up the topic I had no clue what this was, obviously I knew it was fake so I asked Foxdie what the deal was with these screenshots, that's what he gave me the 2kb pk3 and I made a screen myself for shit and giggles, then I made some noob suspicious by saying 'OHH, it's only foxdie... no one else in amex is involved' I even put my right guid on demobase for him to be able to find my fairshot because it was still my old '4zzy!' guid before all of this.

I trolled in every post I made but added the right amount of drama to it, I couldn't believe so many people thought this was a legit hack tbh.

By those standards you could make a case if shifty allowed ab and wallhack you cant get banned because shifty allowed it?
But because we have no proof except for the people that used it saying what it was, we probably never will know what exactly got accepted (not that i dont trust shifty feinth azzy or who ever)

Its just how you want to punish shifty foxdie on this one i guess since fox made it and shifty allowed it

and i know its nothing to be worried about but apparantly a lot of people are not ok with it i myself dont see the problem at all

I don't trust microsoft either but I still use it.
I never said I will refuse using it, but not trusting it anymore is something else.
Will probably take more random fairshots now and also if Shifty plays I will check him up.
Also I would backup Sittmees/Blue probably more if they come in the server without fairplay.

and peps if im not mistaken uve played together with amex (and the part of nvm that was involved) and never really suspected anything and then this topic pops up and ur first reaction is being suspicious. i think theres a reason u havent seen anything too suspicious from the guys im referring to. and my logic says ur first opinion should be like - GRR FUCKIN TROLLS DOING THERE TROLLINGAGAIN :@ not OMG THIS IS WEIRD :S

Dunno if this was directed to me but the ab and wh was just an example, different textures or something else thats small is basically the same thing, its about the principle of things, anti cheat should remain its integrity 100% even if its as small as a small text, and the extra ''1'' is just retarded, didnt think shifty would be ok with that one but i guess he was.
And this is the outcome xD a lot of people not being ok with it on a grand scale
preserve fairplay, its the only one we got!

He is just giving an example of his changed beliefs. You making him a "supporter of known hackers" shows you turned his statement into something more. I do not like this kind of style, it's played way too easy, I hope you can reconsider it.... for personal gain

I think katana has worded his point nicely about fairplay losing integrity. Is it that hard to see? We still support it, but we think it's a bit lame the god of anti-cheat is fooling around....

He has never really tampered with it, and as soon as some third party loser hacked it, he immediately fixed it within a week. I am sure shifty could have done many things behind all of your backs and none of you would know about it, just like something like this.

Why you take everything so personal? My post was aimed at a 'general audience' and the link I posted, I admitted within 5 minutes, it was ONLY to troll foxdie, nobody on the forums even noticed lol! It was a random ass link too, but I agree it was missplaced after some people got hacked.

Comparing this shit to dinks mod accepted by fairplay or any other thing is just plain retarded. If some random noob sends a file to shifty and it gets accepted it should be released for everyone, not only to those c*cks*ck*ng amex & nvm members for example. No wonder everyone is hating on you guys now. Turning it all into a a so called "funny" joke after all those days/weeks?/months? it has been released is just an easy way to get yourself away from this.
We'll never know whatever shifty could have accepted already and probably not everything is being posted on that fairplay site either, he can do with it whatever he wants.
If I for example was in a trolly mood and made a file like this and turned it over to shifty, he would have never accepted it. But if some random puber from canada named foxdie being part of amex sends it of course it gets accepted. Says enough about how reliable/trustable people in this community and on the net can be. Seems like most of you don't even get to that point and just trust some guy from the other side of the world with your eyes closed.
