I remember sylt making a post a few years ago, saying he rather leave sof now when it was still somewhat alive before he stayed too long to witness sof dieing while rolling around in its own shit and vomit desperately trying to stay alive.

Yeah I'm graduating with a Bachelor's in Computer Science at a top 15 university in the United States with a computer science department of its own. I am proficient in Java, C++, C, JavaScript, PHP, and I've dabbled into a bit of scripting with Python, know a bit of Ruby syntax, and I find C# and Visual Basic to be laughable since they're essentially the same as Java and C++.
Object oriented programming isn't hard once you learn the concept behind it. I'm also fairly proficient with different operating systems (OSX 10.4+, CentOS 5.0+, Ubuntu 8.04+, Windows 2000+) and know how to read assembly code. I've taken courses in computer networking and can understand the syntax given by packet sniffers, UDP and TCP protocols, and other mumbo jumbo you probably don't know.
Make more assumptions and don't read ANY of the posts that I've made in the past few weeks on Demobase (SPECIFICALLY THIS TOPIC) and you will get the response you got from me, azzy. Yeah, I found your post to be dumb because you failed to read anything. That's what I said and I stick by what I said.
You think Shifty knowing C# is impressive? No offense to shifty at all, and I know he won't take any offense, but to BOTH of us, that's laughable as fuck.
Send me a resume in Latek and let's see what you know, Azzy.

I am still surprised the majority of public here find 3 to 4 paragraphs to be "massive walls of text". Reading is good for you, it broadens your vocabulary, allows you to gain perspective and get immersed into both fictional and real worlds. The reason I post more than one paragraph is because it takes me about 30-120 seconds to type a solid 3-4 sentence paragraph since I type at about 200+ WPM. Also because it makes it easier to convey my point in a structured sentence form.
The irony of it all is that the majority of public, such as yourself, do not read them because you a) think forgy is some master troll who'd never bother posting anything remotely interesting or that makes sense. b ) because you can't read? c) because you can't be bothered reading more than 2 sentences which basically to me says that you are an idiot.
Overall, I find it sad to see youth such as yourselves unable to read casual sentences. It's funny Azzy, it's extremely funny, because if you actually DID read what I had written multiple times, you wouldn't be repeating the same shit I said 5 pages ago.

I think one or two people might read it and respond, which some do. If you want a straight answer as to why do I do it, and check Demobase everyday and etc. Well, it's because there is a slim chance that someone here would be able to convince me to work on something to make the game better.
I for one love this game. Maybe you don't see it, but I think I'm the same as you. You love this game too, don't you? You think it's one of the best FPS you've played in your entire life as a gamer. In my opinion, it is the best FPS I've ever played and continue to play. So maybe if I provide myself here and am available someone could potentially convince me that it's worth it. Maybe someone like XILLAX would come back from his day job to do something at night, or maybe shifty would want to update fairplay some day.
I also check every day because I work every day. When I'm at work, I'm writing code or altering web sites and doing administrative stuff. This involves me to be behind a laptop for my entire 8 hour workday. In those 8 hours I tend to frequent Demobase throughout the day, as well as other sites like Facebook, my website, Giantbomb, Reddit, etc.
Happy you got your answers? Chances are you don't even read this, but maybe this last sentence will make you go back and read it.
EDIT: Anyways not to be a dick, Azzy, but I felt like I had to defend myself here because I get annoyed when I say things that get repeated by others a bunch of pages later and they completely deny the fact that there are people on this forum other than shifty who have brains.
