Voting for Wilders to keep him in the parliament, oké. But to be prime-minister ? Never.

I doubt that he will become prime-minister.
The other party's simple won't agree, so unless Wilders gets like 70+ seats in the government, i doubt anyone will make a coalition with him.
Atleast that's what they say now, but as we all know in politics, things can change over-night.
