errrrrrr.I thought most of us agreed on the fact mods are considered cheats unless they change menu/adds gametypes/maps ..and now since lumi said it all the haters are on himself again?!
anyways, as for mods I would say only mod users at wars will be busted, fuck public go do what you want.
same for 3rd person, do it aslong as you want in PUBLIC...ohyeah, IF admin allows it.
tho wallhack/aimbot users at public should be busted but with IP only cuz the turks like to fake, u know..
as for burpis post, as much as I remember from it.....true about crashing thing, it's not related to cheating really but if you got proves of someone doing it(which is hard to get, lol) it should be punished.
tbh if more ppl are going to have problems with mods and stuff, set up a vote.

and I dont quite agree with this send/request hacks at msn.
even if you send hacks to someone and hes that stupid to USE them and afterwards GET CAUGHT its imo only mistake of the hack user and should be punished. this just proves that he was going to hack anyways but he didnt find hacks himself or so.
and ppl can also ask for simple wallhacks or so to check demos cuz developer/shownormals isn't really nice..or or for movies, tbh.
also convos can be faked EASLY even with PAINT..yeah u gotta do some research for it to look the most natural - font color etc of the player ur about to fake-bust, but thats all.
use the name of player, talk back to ur own msn if u wish or anyone else and then just screen msn window from the guy ur fakin, take the name and the part where it shows email etc and paste it over ur fake screen, gg ur done. my way of scamming at runescape back in the days ^^
