I'm not supporting any war at all, but i would like to ask you people, what else could Israel's goverment do in this situation? Unfortuantely you can not get peace from fiering rockets into civilians, the only thing you will get is 4x fired bombs on your head. It's not some fight between 2 guys, when you can just say: "hey dude stop kicking me please" (doubt it will work ;D), it is policy and goverments position just couldn't look other way. And tell me which war didn't include death from civilian side. The only thing we can actually do is just to pray for these innocent children who died and will die, but who the fuck are we to judge who is right or wrong?

Hamas isn't protecting Gaza people, Hamas uses the people to protect itself, they have fired rockets into Israel everyday since they were elected, and now Israel finally protects Israeli people everyone cries about it. (I also don't like wars or shit btw, just think it's dumb & very hypocritical to not care when Hamas bombs Israel every day and when Israel do it back we all get on our high horses.)

Palestine did not "give" Israel it's land, the league of nations(now known as the UN) did some shit(which believe wikipedia or not - was not voted successfully on) which was saying Palestine should be split into 2 countries. Israelis then rose up and made the nation of Israel. Since then Palestinians & all neighbouring Arab countries have relentlessly attacked Israel, and always lost.

Israel are the country who repeatedly try ceasefires and diplomacy, Hamas repeatedly turn down those ceasefires/diplomacy, or if they do accept it, they start firing rockets during the ceasefire anyway, knowing that Israel will not break the ceasefire.

Even this time, Hamas were firing rockets during the ceasefire, Israel did not, ceasefire ended, Israel asked Hamas if they wanted to extend it, Hamas' answer was "no, we will commence more rocket fire on the south of Israel".

That last paragraph is true before you come saying "NUT UH GIRLFRIEND, THAT'S A LIE!".

The fact is that terrorists have been sent rockets to Israel in order to hit innocent people in the last years. Israel goverment asked them to stop a lot of times, but nothing changed. In the last weeks we have found out that the rockets of the terrorists are longer, so something has to be done. Goverment here decided to attack THE PLACES HAMAS USE TO SEND ROCKETS, and also terrorists houses, etc... Israeli army is trying to hit only the terrorists but it's pretty hard when Hamas use children and women as their shield. The goverment could delete whole Gaza from the air without risking any soldier but they decided that infantry should go in Gaza so they can try to hit only the terrorists, altough it's still hard and innocent people die. I'm not trying to explain it to the immature kids in here, but to the rest. Just imagine yourself living in your country but can't get outta home cause it's not safe, your goverment will not let this happen right?

first i replied short, then decided to read the whole topic just because it's a interestin 'discussion' with people that are just talkin plain bullshit, and others who are bringin up facts.. if you read the topic you will be able to put the names in the right list

even tho i didn't change my mind that both can be blamed, i support more the side of israel.. and my opinion is not based on any religion, but on the points i write below;

- is hamas trying to protect their people? NO, ofcourse not, as some mentioned before, they are just usin their people as a human shield .. firin missles from crowded areas, and expecting not be attacked back?
