@skyline (or anybody else questioning religion)

Did you read the koran/bible/etc to act the way you do? cuz to me it seems like you know alot about religion seeing how you critize it (NAATTT)
Seems kind of stupid not believing in something when you probably dont kow anything about it really...
Except by ''OH I CANT SENSE IT IN ANYWAY SO IT ISNT REAL'' like i said earlier love cant be proven in any way either, does that mean you dont believe in love? but if u need some proof tho, type in youtube: near death experience, or i met god, or something like that lol, and u will hear amazing stories : ) and no theyre not fruitcakes, just normal people like you and me

edit: and how can it be stupid not to believe in something while you hardly know anything abuot it? it's actually quite logical not to believe in something you dont know anything about.

Ah that's a great subject. Love can't be proven, you say ?
That's quite the bold statement you make. Now i've asked people this before but how exactly are you this certain ?

And who says stories about 'i met god' are true. Having met god defies 'faith' though, and thus defies the foundations of religion.
Are we to take these persons seriously ?

There are many Christians around questioning their believe. Ofcourse they don't copy the 'rules', written in the Bible, for 100%. it's about how you use them.
However, most Christians have lost their mind when it's about God.
It's important to be helpfull to your family, friends and even to your enemies.
Share, have fun and talk with eachother.
It's a shame some of the believers think they are more important than people who don't. That's not the way it should be done. Mostly they think there is a chair saved for them in heaven, which is strange.
To sum it up: just feel comfortable the way you live, but don't try to convince people who don't believe in your faith.
If you believe, like me, try to keep it in your mind while you are living your life. Be nice in real life!

So because someone is claiming that they met god when they nearly died, it must be true right.

i might be TOTALLY off...but i believe that when you are die, your organism will release same 'substances'(dont really know the scientific term for it) into ur brain as it does when you are seeing a dream.

Dreaming is not based on one substance Sten, it's based on activity all over your brain. When you're dreaming, your brain is almost as active as when you're awake.
I have no clue what happens to your brain when you die. Theres supposed to be this drug that mimics death but i'm not sure. I don't believe anyone knows what your brain does when you die.
